HANKOOK TIRE
2006, Manufacture & Logistics
Hankook tire is a renowned world class tire manufacturer who decided to plant a strategically important factory in Hungary. The green-field investment volume was EUR 516 million into our privately owned property. The factory helped Central Hungary to be strategically important and lure other investors and top tier corporates. This project is a great example of our commitment to delivering quality development projects and seeing it through from the start to the finish despite obstacles in order to ensure full client satisfaction.

OBI
2004, Wholesale
OBI is one of the leading European DIY brands offering a wide range of home improvement and gardening products. Currently, the company operates in several central and Eastern European countries with more than 650 stores. The investment volume was EUR 3.2 million on a 6.17 acre big land in Central Hungary.

TESCO
2003, Wholesale
Tesco PLC is a British multinational grocery and general merchandise retailer. It is the third largest retailer in the world measured by profits and it is the grocery market leader in the UK, Ireland, Hungary and Thailand. The investment volume was EUR 4.8 million on a 14.8 acre big property in Central Hungary. The grocery store offers a wide parking space and great accessibility to the M6 highway.

MCDONALD'S
1998, Restaurant
McDonald’s is the most popular American hamburger and fast food restaurant chain. For this particular project, we had to go through various compliance measures to make sure our work followed stringent industry standards. This project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule. The investment volume was EUR 1.4 million and we were contracted as a third party developer. This particular restaurant in Dunaújváros generated the biggest sales revenue among McDonald’s in Hungary until 2008 and it is still growing.

SPAR SUPERMARKET
1997, Retail
Spar is a Dutch multinational retail chain and franchise brand with 12,500 stores in 42 countries. Our firm was commissioned by an Austrian partner and the investment volume was EUR 3 million. The grocery store is located at the heart of Central Hungary of which later attracted many other supermarkets and a shopping mall as well of which includes Libri book store, JYSK, Kik fashion, Deichmann, DM and Decathlon. The project followed through an M&A transaction because Spar acquired Plus Supermarket, the Austrian based grocery store.

EGGHOUSE OFFICE CENTRE
1994, Office
This was one of our first project. The building has a distinctive egg shape and unique spiral stairs, this is the reason we named „egghouse” after its features. The office is located at the most illustrious downtown district in Dunaújváros, Central Hungary. The local post office center is in front of the egghouse and can be approached by multiple public transportation means. The office provides space for top tier tenants like T-Mobile, Telenor and Dunaferr. The investment volume was EUR 2.8 million
