In terms of development, we buy raw lands or unused properties, finance deals, create, imagine, control and orchestrate the process of development from the beginning to a specific part of the real estate lifecycle. Usually, projects are sold to building and construction companies with premiums ensuring our investors get their returns in short term. We put great emphasis on equity-debt financing mix to maximize our returns through the combination of reasonable risk taking and liabilities.
